Chovatelská stanice s mezinárodně chráněným názvem "z Karpatských strání" vznikla v roce 2009. Její název je odvozen od sídla chovatelské stanice. Stanice se geograficky nachází v pohoří Bílých Karpat v obci Strání-Květná pod Velkou Javořinou.
Cílem chovatelské stanice "z Karpatských strání" je odchov inteligentních a temperamentních hladkosrstých foxteriérů, nejen s vynikajícím exteriérem, ale také výbornými pracovními a loveckými vlastnostmi využitelnými v myslivosti.
